The Never Ending Day.

Well it is finally coming to an end. As I mentioned in my last post I had all my exams today and they actually weren't too bad! I think I did pretty well on all of them and if not, oh well, they are over. Basically today went biology lab practical, break until Italian midterm, Human Reason then straight to chemistry lab exam. Laura, one of my suite mates who had the same schedule today, then suggested we go to Taco Bell which sounded amazing after such a long day. We walked over there and ate then walked back up to our dorm. As I was sitting here writing an Italian paper I got the feeling that someone was watching me so I turned around and looked in my doorway to see Bry, my oh so amazing boyfriend, standing there holding a brownie with a number 4 candle in it! The 4 symbolizes 4 months in case that flew over your head :) It was a great surprise. Made my long day so much better.
[Thank you very much Bry. <3]

Other exciting news... none really. Other than the high chance of seeing Jill this weekend! We are both going to be in Lancaster so that should be fun. A weekend with my boyfriend at home and a visit from Jillian. Yay!

That's all I have to say for now.

My Brain Has Reached Capacity for Today.

Good evening everyone. I am going to preface this with the fact that I am so extremely tired. That being said, today was an alright day. It began with a biology lecture at 10 which was everything less than thrilling. Then I went to a chemistry lecture which was fun. I then rushed over to church for Ash Wednesday service which I will talk about more shortly. After church I went to Italian which was a lot of fun also. From Italian to work and from work home to study my head off for my crazy day tomorrow. Just like last night I am calling it quits before I probably should only because I cannot focus anymore. My brain has reached its capacity for tonight. Even though that is not physiologically possible, it sure does feel that way! But it's a good feeling knowing I have so much information in my head. Hopefully I will be able to put it to good use tomorrow on all of my exams.

On to today's church service... It was interesting in many ways. One because it was a combined service for Lutherans, Roman Catholics and Episcopalians. So I was slightly confused the whole time. In addition to that it was in a theater type thing so it didn't really have the church-y feel. It was just strange listening to a sermon in the same theater that I watched a dance drew from America's Best Dance Crew, or some show like that, perform. But overall it was a good sermon given bye USC's president Steven Sample. I was glad to be able to make it to church today.

In other news, the process for changing my major from Biology to Health and Humanities is almost complete. I just have to make an appointment with the new advisor and sign a form then it is final.

Other than that nothing new is happening. Life is the same and I am hoping that after the day-o-stress tomorrow things will slowly start to unwind for spring break which is the week of March 16th. I have one midterm next week and another the week after that. Then I am free for a week. Well it's time to relax. Goodnight!

The College Life.

As I am laying here in bed with a horrible headache thanking God for putting tylenol on this planet I decided that some aspects of college really suck! Or maybe it is just the fact that having 3 midterms on one day makes it seem like college as a whole sucks. It doesn't though. I love it. Challenging but amazing. I have been studying like a crazy person for my crazy Thursday that my crazy professors decided to create. Maybe that best describes college: crazy. I think that word fits best. It can describe something fun, intense, bad, pretty much anything. And based off of reading what I just wrote I think it is safe to say that at times college makes us crazy!

Anyways. Today my day started at 9, which means getting up at 8. It consisted of a very short chemistry lab, a fun Italian lecture, a boring and utterly pointless human reason lecture, work, and a study session for chemistry. That was just the required part. It all ended at 7. After that I had to do homework and study. So now at 10:30 I am deciding to call it quits for the day and update you fine people :) I hope you enjoyed it. I will try to make the next post a little less pointless.

Until next time,
Ciarra

Welcome to My World.

I decided that because a few of my friends have blogs on this site it would be easy for them to keep in touch with me via blog because it is as easy as adding me to their subscription list. For those of you who do not have a blog it is easy for you also because you can just add the url of my blog to your favorites on your computer and check it whenever you feel inclined to do so.

The main purpose of this blog is to communicate with those of you who read it. It is a way of letting you all know what is going on in my life, what I am thinking, going through, excited about, dreading.. basically all about me. Sounds slightly conceited I know, but I have been getting drilled about people not knowing what is going on with me so I thought it would be easy to log on here and write a quick paragraph about what is going on rather than writing extensive emails every couple weeks. Anyways, follow my blog or do not follow my blog, it will be here waiting for you to decide.
